This eye catching design was produced for the bridal show at Chateaux at Fox Meadows! We incorporated an Asian touch with bright western sunflowers. This display was the center of attention with its bright orange, green and yellow Asian umbrellas. Talk about the art of fusion!

Bite sized corn tortilla with chipotle con costillas seasoned grilled chicken, corn and avocado relish topped with fresh chive.
(We also offer a vegetarian version of these tostada bites.)

Suburban Living - Suburb Style
If you are one of the many people who commute in the DTC area, you watched as the Vallagio at Dry Creek and I-25 blossomed. My husband and I were pleased to be among the guests at the grand opening in mid-March to see the restaurants, the art gallery and event space, District 475. This is a wonderful addition to the south Denver area and it's just steps away from the light rail. WOW!
Join us for an open house of District 475 where the gallery will be displaying local artist work and we will be exploring “The Art of The Art of What you Drink with What you Eat”. We will be featuring local and national wine, beer and whiskey paired with Tony Rosacci’s Fine Catering tasty treats…from cheese to BBQ and everything in between. You will leave with a happy palette! |

Is Your Summer Company Party Fast Approaching?
We introduced our incredible barbeque company, TR’s BBQ, last summer. My goodness, are we thrilled with the response! We recently have been joined by Grill Master, Patrick Fosgate, who comes directly from Georgia to continue to improve on an already great thing!
We start with the same great meat you have become accustomed to from our parent company, Tony’s Market, then we add our custom created BBQ sauces and rubs with all natural ingredients. You will not find corn syrup in any of our BBQ sauces. All of our BBQ sauces are naturally sweetened with local agave nectar.Two of our sauces are even accented with master brews from Breckenridge Brewery. |
If you are in the vicinity of Tony’s Market on Bowles or Castle Rock, swing by for a taste between 10:00 - 4:00 pm. We are sampling pulled pork and riblets!
