Our entrèes are sure to delight! A combination of artistry and creative gourmet cooking...they are sure to satisfy the most discerning palate. Whether you are planning a dinner for a handful of guests or an extravagent meal for a hundred or more, our Event Specialists can assist with every detail.

Hot Dinner Buffets
All of our hot dinner buffets require a minimum of 25 people. Buffet packages include disposable dinnerware.

Al Fresco Di Napoli

Insalata Mista
Fresh spring greens tossed with shaved carrot, cucumber, olive oil, lemon and balsamic.
Italian Stuffed Flank Steak
Choice flank steak butter-flied and stuffed with asparagus, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts and basil pesto sauce, roasted to medium rare. Served with a side of marsala sauce with a hint of sage and lemon.
