Our breakfasts range from simple to elaborate buffets. Whether you are planning a corporate meeting or an extravagant brunch for hundreds, our Event Specialists can assist with every detail. Our breakfast buffets are based on standard serving portions and are only intended for “one trip” breakfast buffets. If you have a group of heavy eaters, we recommend purchasing additional portions.

Breakfast Buffets
Buffets include place settings, disposable chafing dishes and utensils. Linens and stainless steel chafers provided at an additional charge.

Continental Breakfast
Perfect for meetings! A tasty assortment of mini danish, fresh fruit kabobs,
muffins, bagels, butter, preserves, cream cheese and fruit juices.

Quiche and Fruit
Our deluxe breakfast buffet with hot quiche, assorted breakfast breads, fruit kabobs and fruit juices. Your choice: Country Quiche, Quiche Florentine or Quiche Lorraine.

French Toast with Seasonal Berries
Fresh baked Texas French toast with seasonal berries delivered hot with Tony's country sausage links, bacon, syrup, assorted fruit juices and a fresh fruit salad.

Eggs & More
Scrambled eggs topped with Colby blend cheese, served with bacon, Tony's country sausage links, breakfast potatoes and biscuits with butter and honey. Includes assorted fruit juices and a fresh fruit salad.

Denver Strata Buffet
Denver Strata, Tony's country sausage links, bacon, fresh fruit salad and mini croissants with butter and assorted fruit juices.

Biscuits & Gravy Buffet
Buttermilk biscuits served with country sausage gravy, scrambled eggs topped with Colby blend cheese, bacon, fresh fruit salad and assorted fruit juices.

Healthy Sunrise Breakfast Buffet
Vanilla yogurt with granola and fresh seasonal berries served with banana bread, cottage cheese and assorted fruit juices.

Breakfast Burrito Buffet
Choose from pork, chicken or chorizo (minimum of 12 per choice), burritos, salsa, pork green chili,
fresh fruit kabobs and assorted fruit juices.
