Go “Green”
We’re thrilled to finally announce our new “green” box lunch containers - a compostable product that works great for us and great for you. This new “green” container finally hit the market here in Colorado…and beyond being “green”, it’s also American made. Our goal of being“green” but also thrifty has been achieved with these new containers.
As you know food prices have increased and the last thing we wanted to do in 2009 was increase our prices. Upon talking to some of our
regular clients, we have been informed that our lunches are much too big, so we have reduced them to one side choice from two and
reduced the price. The sandwiches have remained the same size, no compromising there. Each sandwich box lunch comes with your choice of one side (chips, pasta salad, potato salad or fruit salad) and a fresh baked cookie. More

As individuals, and as a company, we’re proud to operate under a comprehensive Earth Friendly program that works to effectively reduce environmental impact in a wide range of areas.

As a part of our green efforts, we are pleased to offer our customers eco-friendly serving products including cups, plates and cutlery.

Cold Drink Cups

The cold drink cups are made from PLA plastic derived from corn. PLA plastic is a compostable material that when placed in a commercial environment will natural decompose back to organic elements. Unlike regular cold cups that are made using petroleum, PLA plastic products are made using US grown corn!

Hot Cups & Lids

There are hundreds of hot cup choices out there but most hot cups in the market today are not 100% compostable like the Eco-Hot Cups Rigidly tested and certified BPI compostable in 60 days or less, they are the answer to your green business ambitions!

Plates

We offer biodegradable plates and bowls for all your partying needs. Made from sugarcane fibers, our biodegradable and compostable plates and bowls are a great eco friendly choice. After use, simply toss them in the trash and feel good knowing that these plates will naturally biodegrade. Made from 100% sugarcane.

Cutlery

The medium weight PSM (Plastic Starch Material) biodegradable cutlery is made from non-GMO vegetable starch. It not only exhibits superior performance over other biodegradable utensils, but is OK Compost certified. These biodegradable utensils break down under commercial composting conditions in about 95 day. 100% degradation occurs over a slightly longer period of time. Excellent for both hot and cold foods, the utensils are suitable with food up to 220 degrees (F). Previously made from a mixture of potato and corn starch, now it is only made from non-GMO vegetable starch and other biodegradable fillers.
